At Fragrance Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the unopened fragrance bottles in their original designer boxes and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
